The West Virginia Securities Commission is holding "Switchover Workshop" for all West Virginia Investment Adviser Firms who are switching over to State Regulation.
The Workshop will address the process by which new firms will become registered with the State, and the State firm examination process. To help make the switch go as smoothly as possible for all parties involved, we encourage you to attend and meet the examiners who will be handling your registration with the State Securities Commission and conducting your examinations once registered.
