Electronic Requisitions

The West Virginia State Auditor’s Office continues its long standing commitment to the use of technology in the area of payment processing. Most recently, these efforts have culminated in bringing forth an environment and a means in which electronic requisition are now accepted, processed and permanently maintained in an electronic format without any paper being sent to the Auditor’s Office.

Participating Agencies

Through the piloting efforts of several state agencies and now with the formal release of the Electronic Invoice Imaging Standards, the West Virginia State Auditor’s Office will continue to lead the charge in order to further enhance efficiencies and realize true cost saving in the area of payment processing.
