Topics:   Treasurer Cabral was in Charleston to speak to educators attending the 2006 Finance Academy, which is a weeklong financial literacy program sponsored in part by the State Auditor’s Office. The Financial Literacy Education Commission (FLEC) is part of the US Treasury Department. Her presentation to educators and a follow up interview with State Auditor Glen B. Gainer III is in the program. The follow up interview also lets Auditor Gainer and Treasurer Cabral speak about the US Bureau of Public Debt in Parkersburg.
