Chris Kerns visited the State Dollar to talk about how qualified individuals can take advantage of the Earned Income Tax Credit as well as a program offering EITC payments throughout the year. Also discussed is the new "Free File" program which allows individuals to file online at no cost and a new way individuals can split their tax return into multiple accounts.
