Auditor’s Training Programs

Today's Guest:   Charles “Chuck” Kinder - Director of Training, WVSAO

Topics:   Local Government Services, which is a division of the State Auditor’s Office, offers various mandatory training programs for public employees. Along with the official duties that are required of county and municipal officers, Local Government Services can offer training programs that include leadership, public speaking and customer service.

Mr. Kinder talks about customer service as an important element of these training programs.

UPDATE: Charles “Chuck” Kinder retired in December of 2006. Lavada Williamson has replaced Chuck as Director of Training.
