The ePayments Division is responsible for maintaining, processing and answering inquiries relating to direct deposit for the following: state employees’ payroll and travel expenses, vendor payments, state retirees, WV Works participants, Medicaid providers, Birth to Three providers, permanent disability participants and other Family & Children Service Providers.
Responsibilities also include reconciliation of electronic fund transfers for off-system disbursements on the West Virginia Financial Information Management System (WVFIMS); provide support for the VISTA/eNODs system and to continue to work on eCommerce development projects that will be cost effective for the State of West Virginia.
