The ePayments Division is responsible for maintaining direct deposit information in addition to assisting with inquiries relating to the following: state
employees’ payroll on the Employee Payroll Information Control System (EPICS), state employee travel expenses and vendor payments on the FIMS Electronic
Banking System (FEBIS), and West Virginia Works participants on the Electronic Commerce database (ECOM).
Other responsibilities include reporting federal and state payroll taxes for state agencies electronically, processing draw down requests for National White
Collar Crime (NWCC), assist in the processing / reconciliation of the West Virginia Trust Fund and electronic fund transfers for off-system disbursements on
the West Virginia Financial Information Management System (WVFIMS), and continue to work on eCommerce development projects that will be cost effective for the
State of West Virginia.
