Many West Virginians may be missing out on thousands of dollars when they file their
annual income tax returns with the federal government. Chris Kerns visited the State
Dollar to talk about how qualified individuals can take advantage of the Earned Income
Tax Credit as well as a program offering EITC payments throughout the year. Also
discussed is the new "Free File" program which allows individuals to file online at
no cost and a new way individuals can split their tax return into multiple accounts.
