The West Virginia Purchasing Card (P-Card) program has been offered to our legislators as a program for expansion to the county, city and municipal governments. Auditor Gainer and Assistant Director Berry talk about how the program could be integrated into more systems statewide offering local vendors quicker payments for goods and services. Local government agencies would also enjoy one time monthly payments for the goods and services, less paper consumption and storage, and rebates.
