County Clerk's Seminar
State Auditor Glen B. Gainer III is pleased to invite all County Clerks, their Deputies and Assistants to attend the County Clerk's Seminar at the Waterfront Place Hotel, Morgantown, West Virginia.
Seminar registration will begin on Sunday, June 8, 2008, 2:30 pm - 5:00 pm in the pre-conference area located near the meeting rooms. Thereafter, registration will be open daily.
Online Registration will be available soon! Another alternative would be to mail or fax your registration to our office and we will be happy to mail you an invoice. As soon as the agenda and guest registration forms are available they will be added to our website as well as mailed to each county. More information will be available soon so check back often.

Seminar Registration Fee: $175.00 (Register by mail, fax or on-line "coming soon!")
Waterfront Place Hotel Room Rate: $116.00 per night - single or double (Mention Rate Code: County Clerks)
Hotel Reservations: (304) 296-1700 Parking: $6.00 self-parking or $8.00 Valet Parking
Reserve your room before: May 27, 2008 - After this date, the rooms will be released and must be reserved at the prevailing room rate. You must use the code "County Clerks" to get the $116.00 rate.
