Supplement 1
TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA AND
THE FEDERAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXTENDING THE
OLD AGE AND SURVIVORS INSURANCE SYSTEM ESTABLISHED BY TITLE II OF THE
SOCIAL SECURITY ACT, AS AMENDED IN 1950, TO SERVICES PERFORMED BY INDIVIDUALS
EMPLOYED BY THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA OR ANY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION
THEREOF.
Pursuant to Section (E) of the agreement entered into on the 22nd day of March,
1951, between the State of West Virginia, acting through Edgar B. Sims,
State Auditor, and the Federal Security Administration by Oscar R. Ewing,
Federal Security Administrator, acting by and through his authorized
representative, Michael J. Shortley, Regional Director, Federal Security
Agency, the following coverage group is hereby included as of April
1, 1951.
