VISTA Public Access

VISTA public access allows the public to view ALL vendor payments made by the State of West Virginia since April 1, 2002 without a VISTA Sign In.

Global Vendor Search allows users to search all public payments made to vendors by the State of West Virginia by FIMS vendor number or vendor name. Search for Vendor

Global Payment Search allows users to search all public payments by warrant number, date, payee, amount or payment type consisting of bond, retirement supplement, retirement and vendor checks. Search Payments
