West Virginia State Employees


With a VISTA Sign In, State Employees can view their Electronic Notice of Deposits, W-2 information and Travel Reimbursements.

  • eNODS - Electric Notice of Deposit System (eNODS) is only available to State Employees who have signed up to receive direct deposit.


  • W-2 information is available from tax year 2003 to the current tax year. The option to remove the W-2 from the web is available as well as the ability to stop printing his/her paper Notice of Deposit.


  • Remittance (Travel) includes all payments made through the FIMS systems as well as travel reimbursement.

      Detailed Electronic Payment Inquiry by Date allows users to view their remittance by settlement date.

      Download Electronic Payment Information allows users to enter a beginning and ending date and select text, Excel or xml to download their payment information.
