EMPLOYEE SIGN UP FOR ELECTRONIC NOTICE OF DEPOSITS:

The employee will be able to access the Electronic Notice of Deposits for Payroll and view their Remittance Information for Travel Reimbursements.

To sign up for access enter your SSN for Username and Home Zip Code for Password. Also you must have direct deposit and a valid email address in the EPICS payroll system. If you currently do not have direct deposit, please click here. If you are successful in signing up then a temporary username and password will be sent to you via email. To complete the sign up process you must click on the link provided in the email. This link will allow you to enter your temporary username and password. Once this information has been entered; the system will prompt you to change both your username and password.

If you have problems with the sign up process, check with your payroll clerk to see if you have a valid email address in the EPICS Payroll system or contact epay@wvsao.gov for support.
