Note: The following Severance taxes should now use the eVendor Agreement Setup & Change forms below: Coal, Coalbed Methane Gas, Coal County Reallocation, Wine, Liquor, & Private Clubs
When completing the eVendor Agreement political subdivisions will need to list the Severance tax type on Payment Address 1. For example: COAL, WLP, CBMG, COALR, ect.
Payment types other than payroll that need to have a payment removed from the direct deposit file go to: Electronic Payment Forms.
All employees not signed up for Direct Deposit will be automatically enrolled in the WV Pay Card program. Please sign in to OneLogin for more information. It's not too late to sign up for Direct Deposit, so see your Payroll Administrator today!
