Where can I find my electronic W-2(s) and Retiree 1099R(s)?

You must have a myApps Account in order to download your W-2(s)

Go to myApps!

State Employees Wave 1

State Employees who were moved from EPICS Payroll to the wvOASIS Payroll System in May of 2015.

1. Sign-In to myApps
2. Click on the green ESS box
3. Select the My Info tab on the left
4. Click My Compensation at the top
5. Go to View Tax Forms (ex. W-2)
6. Almost there!
7. Click the Attachments button then Download

State Employees Wave 2

State Employees who were moved from EPICS Payroll to the wvOASIS Payroll System in May of 2016 will receive two W2s.

1. Sign in to myApps
2. Click the Employee box
3. Select W-2s on the left

as well as...

1. While signed in to myApps
2. Click on the green ESS box
3. Select the My Info tab on the left
4. Click My Compensation at the top
5. Go to View Tax Forms (ex. W-2)
6. Almost there!
7. Click the Attachments button then Download

WVU, Marshall and all other institutions still being paid from the EPICS System

1. Sign in to myApps
2. Click the Employee box
3. Select W-2s on the left
